The amazing Kiwi fruit

New Zealand's fuzzy fruit is a very good source of antioxidants, phytochemicals and fibre. Each kiwi fruit has more vitamin C per gram than an orange, more fibre than a slice of wholemeal bread and similar levels of potassium to a banana. It is also a perfect fast food snack - simply cut one in half and scoop out the fruit with a spoon. One kiwi fruit has only 160 to 200 kJ.
